    We are an association of 1473 single family homes located in Sparks, Nevada. Along with our tree lined parkway and paved walking path, residents enjoy beautiful views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, the cities of Reno and Sparks and the valley of Spanish Springs. This website has been established to help keep our members informed about areas that effect our community. Please feel free to explore our site and provide suggestions on how to improve it.

    Please note that all homeowner complaints must be submitted in writing. You can email a complaint form directly from the website or it can be printed and faxed to 775-786-0504 or mailed to the association office. The information you submit is confidential.
